Privacy Policy

Summary

This website collects no personal data from its visitors. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising pixel, embeds no third-party resource of any kind, and stores nothing in your browser. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to send us in an e-mail.

1. Who is the data controller

Given the nature and minimal volume of processing described below, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and have not appointed one. Address all data protection enquiries to the e-mail above.

2. What we collect when you browse: nothing

Browsing tevanor.online involves no collection of personal data by us. Specifically, this site does not:

set any cookie, of any category, including “essential” ones;
write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB;
load any analytics service (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no alternative);
load any advertising or conversion pixel;
load any third-party font, script, stylesheet, image or embed — every asset is served from this domain;
use device fingerprinting, canvas fingerprinting or any equivalent technique;
contain any contact, newsletter or lead-capture form.

Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), and no consent banner is shown. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in your browser.

3. Server logs

Like any website, tevanor.online is served by a web server, and web server software ordinarily records a technical log entry for each request — typically the requesting IP address, the timestamp, the path requested, the HTTP status, the user-agent string and, where sent by the browser, the referring address. An IP address can constitute personal data.

Purpose: Operating the service, diagnosing faults, and protecting the server against abuse and attack.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Use: These logs are never used to profile you, never used for advertising, never combined with any other source, and never sold or shared for marketing.
Retention: Kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and in any event no longer than 30 days, after which entries are rotated out and deleted.
Recipients: Our hosting provider, acting as a processor, to the extent needed to operate the server. No other recipient.

4. If you e-mail us

If you write to info@tevanor.online, we necessarily receive your e-mail address, your message and anything else you include in it.

Purpose: Reading and answering your message.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence; or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a pre-contractual matter.
Retention: For as long as needed to deal with the matter, and normally no more than 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Use: We do not add your address to a mailing list, use it for marketing, or disclose it to anyone else.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, payment card details or passwords. We do not need them and ordinary e-mail is not a secure channel.

5. What happens when you follow a link off this site

This site contains affiliate links marked “partner link”. Following one takes you to a third party’s website. At that point you leave our site, and that third party’s own privacy policy and cookie practices apply — they are very likely to set cookies, even though we do not. We have no control over and no visibility into what they do.

Two technical points, stated for completeness. First, our pages send a referrer header under the strict-origin-when-cross-origin policy, which means a cross-site destination is told only that you came from https://tevanor.online, not which page you were reading. Second, if you arrived here from an advertisement, your URL may carry a campaign identifier (for example msclkid or a utm_ parameter); where present, our script appends that existing parameter to the outbound partner link so the advertiser can attribute the click. That happens entirely in your browser at the moment you click. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing is sent to us, and if there is no such parameter in your URL, nothing is added.

6. Recipients, transfers and automated decisions

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The only third party involved in processing is our hosting provider, which acts as a processor under a contract meeting Article 28 GDPR and processes data within the European Economic Area. We carry out no transfer of personal data to a third country. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawfulness.

Exercise any of these by writing to info@tevanor.online. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you. There is no charge for a first request. In practice, since we hold no visitor records beyond short-lived server logs, we may need enough detail (such as an approximate date and IP address) to locate anything at all — and if we hold nothing, we will tell you that.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Praha 7 — Holešovice, Czech Republic). You may also complain to the authority in your own EU country of residence.

8. Children

This site is aimed at a general adult audience. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data from visitors, it collects none from children.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because we collect nothing, there is no visitor database to breach — which is, deliberately, the strongest privacy measure available to a site like this one.

10. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top is updated. Should we ever introduce anything that stores information on your device, we would publish it here and ask for consent beforehand.
